Part 1
Ok, let me recall what you have done for the past 1 year since the first day we know each other... the first impression that you gave me is that you are COOL! To be frank, though you gave me a good first impression, but i didn't really like you initially, cos you are like "a thousands miles away from everyone", but things changed after all of us get to know each other better... I know i always never fail to step into the "grand room", but you also never fail to attempt to each and every single of my request. If i'm not wrong, i must have been the first one to look for you among your "kids". Oh well, you are like a piece of iceberg all the while, until the start of sem 2... ... I really wonder what knocks you during the holidays, that made a drastic change in you after sem 1's holidays... you seemed to open up, FINALLY! You converse to us in a variety of languages, crack "cold and lame" jokes with us, display your real self: "the kaypoh side of you", show even more concern for us, suddenly know all of our names, slow down during your "tutu train-style" talking to check with me if i can catch it, show concern during exams (this one touched me the most until today...just that i didn't cry), and many many more. WHY? Why the sudden change? But frankly speaking, it's a good thing that you changed, cos you changed for the better! In case you don't know, you are an idol to most people! (hey, i have prove, trust me) Sometimes i really do wonder, what did you consume when you were young... should find out from you if i have the chance. Ok, sorry for the sidetrack, back to main topic... You never fails to display an "iceberg" look, even in sem 2, but, i never fails to make you laugh! (i have prove too!) Too bad, i am a born-to-be joker, where i can make people laugh even though i did not open my mouth, cos i have a variety of GREAT expressions on my face! I have defeated you! The girls have been issuing me with "missions", which i have passed all the time. Hahahaha. Not an easy task actually. Sometimes i really wonder what is your face made up of, a different type of skin from us which is inelastic, so much so that you can't smile? It's been such a long journey till now, that we are half-graduate (we will not step into NYP's lect theater or tutorial rooms to have lessons anymore), you have left a deep impression in me, i'm not sure for the rest, but to me yes! To make the impression deeper, you actually gave me a "BIG GIFT" on my last day in sch. Though you sounded sacrastic, but it was really funny! Haha... thank you, thank you for "wishing me all the best for my IPP" and your "hmm hmm hmm (high-pitched laughing sound)" hahahaha, this made me accomplished my last and final mission given to me by the girls. Well, i did this without any effort, should i clap for myself? Haha. I can see that you are in a great mood, if not you will not take the effort and initiative to U-turn and talk to me. Anyway, thanks a lot (this was what i have been saying to you everytime you helped me) for the things that you have done for us, or rather for me. You are great! I know that there are people out there who don't really like you, but never mind, it's they don't know how to appreciate. Haha. Thank you! See you in 5 months time!
Part 2
Ok, it's The Gang of 5's time!!! I am a great friend ok, cos i save the best for the last. To be frank, my poly life's memories have been mostly formed in year 2 and 3, after i entered hospi. You guys really made my day, my months, and now my year! Yes, it's been 2 years since we are together. I can still remember the first day when we stepped into the "cold" class where we only know each other (the 5 of us) and nobody else. That was when we started our gang-of-5 journey. We had common topics, common jokes, common secrets, common "kaypoh styles", and many more... I enjoyed the days! Though part of the credits goes to him, but it's we who created this great piece of jigsaw puzzle, everything will not be possible without our efforts. We did lots of stupid and silly things that i can still laugh now when i thought of it: being PIs after sch and all rushed to the carpark just to get to the bottom of some facts which we were interested to know, gossip here and there about all the "adults" (which we still do it now), always step into the "grand room" so much so that we became sooo popular among all the adults and many many more. Of course, we had our hard times too: doing projects in sch until the lights shuts out (so far there is only 1 adult who is capable of coming up with such projects), sleepless nights just to get projects done (we msn each other while working), having no time to prepare for our countless presentations, having to prepare tutorial questions in class (which we either turn it into a chatting session or we didn't prepare beforehand at all) and many many more. We have shared a lot: happiness, sad, tough, nervous, relax, fun, crazy and many monents together. I really missed and appreciated all that. You guys bring life to my hospi life by sharing all these moments with me. I'm sure that you guys will also have the same feelings too. We have came a long journey, that now we have to "temporary part" with each other. We have to bid byebye to the days that we had in NYP, cos like what i've mentioned earlier on, we will not have lessons in sch anymore, mush less to say about projects and working together. Guys, thank you for bringing colours to my poly life, poly life wouldn't have been so GREAT without you all! For the time being must keep in touch ok. Thank you! See you all in 5 months time!
This was taken on the cruise!
For this final piece, having fun during NTUC National Day event! (for events module) (Btw, i "steal" this pic from ger...haha)
